Bronze Plan
✔ We will market your deal to our vetted buyers in the local area.
✔ Each interested buyer will be sent your way and you will be responsible to handle the dispositions process; scheduling walk throughs, negotiating and Transaction Coordination.
✔ After we send your deal out to our buyers the interested buyers will inquire and we will put you in contact with them to discuss the deal further.
✔ 70/30 Split: 30% of fee to Deventum Properties
Silver Plan
✔ We will handle the entire disposition and transaction coordination process for you.
✔ All you will need to do is lock up the deal, get pictures and confirm the wire at closing.
✔ This is a 50/50 split for the first 3 deals you do with us. Once we have successfully done 3 JV deals together you will qualify for our Platinum Service.
✔ You will receive updates every 24 hours from our Dispositions Manager Ryan.
✔ You will have the option to be included in all TC communication up until closing.
Platinum Plan
✔ Deventum Properties, LLC will serve as the Dispositions Arm of your company.
✔ Once you lock up the deal you send it to us and we will take it from there.
✔ This will result in a 60/40 fit in the contract holder’s favor.
✔ As our client, you will receive updates every 24 hours from our Dispositions Manager Ryan.
✔ You will have the option to be included in all TC communication up until closing.
⚠ Important: The fee would only be split if and only if we supply the buyer. It does not cost you or us anything to send the deal out but it must be below .75 LTV. If the deal exceeds .75 LTV we will explain why and advise accordingly.
