Jack, a native of a town near Baltimore, MD, values close-knit relationships. At Clemson University, he earned degrees in business and political science, building a strong foundation in real estate. As a venture capitalist, Jack evaluated $40M in investments before joining Deventum Properties to pursue his passion for real estate. Ryan, from Mantua, NJ, graduated from the University of Arizona in 2019 with degrees in Business Economics and Arabic. After a year in Morocco, he gained experience in corporate finance before transitioning to real estate. As a Disposition Manager, Ryan excels in identifying profitable opportunities and managing transactions. His deep market knowledge and dedication ensure client satisfaction. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys golfing, surfing, and volunteering with the First Tee of Greater Charleston, supporting young athletes’ development.

Devan’s extensive expertise and unwavering commitment to excellence have established him as a prominent figure in the nationwide real estate market.
A native of Brielle, NJ, Devan’s entrepreneurial aspirations were deeply influenced by observing his parents build a luxury swimming pool business. This early exposure to entrepreneurship inspired him to pursue a career in business and real estate.
Devan graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership, where he also played college lacrosse. His academic background, combined with the discipline and teamwork developed through sports, has greatly contributed to his strategic and effective approach to real estate investing.
Since relocating to Charleston, South Carolina, four years ago, Devan has continued to excel in the real estate industry. His exceptional ability to navigate complex transactions and consistently deliver outstanding results has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor and reliable partner. During his tenure at Clemson University in South Carolina, Jack immersed himself in the realm of real estate and business. Armed with a dual degree in business and political science, Jack embarked on his professional journey as a venture capitalist. In this role, he conducted rigorous due diligence on $40M of direct and fund investment opportunities. However, his love for real estate continued to burn bright and he found himself unable to turn down the opportunity to join Deventum Properties and pursue his true passion in real estate and serving others.
Beyond the confines of the office, Jack indulges in various hobbies, including attending live sporting events, running, fishing, and golfing. He also harbors a deep interest in ancient history, often immersing himself in podcasts and books to deepen his knowledge.

During his time at the University of Arizona, Ryan was an active leader, serving as the president of his fraternity and participating in multiple organizations within the business school. Additionally, he showcased his athletic prowess as the goalkeeper for the University of Arizona Men’s Soccer team.
Ryan’s professional journey began in corporate finance, where he gained valuable experience over two years. He then transitioned into real estate, where he has truly found his calling. With over a year of experience as a Disposition Manager for a local company, Ryan has developed a keen eye for identifying profitable opportunities and has successfully managed numerous real estate dispositions.
